At the end of every year, busy professionals are faced with the problem of a nagging sensation that they neglected their personal goals; because they did.
Sustaining high-performance in your professional life can take a toll.
That’s why I created the 2015 Personal Game Plan, specifically for busy professionals who are feeling anxious about planning their year.
Most people fret over planning their year, so many don’t, or if they do; they sabotage themselves. As a result, they feel dismayed and despondent during the holidays and the first part of the new year. Well, now you can, if not completely relax, certainly take charge of your personal plan.
With the 2015 Personal Game Plan, you get a three-month coaching and accountability program. As an executive coach, I help you;
- tie up loose ends for the year ahead,
- run through an intensive goal discovery process,
- review your values and your purpose,
- work on your personal vision
- take account of your strengths and weaknesses.
Then, I shift to the role of your accountability partner and we;
- look at your goals and make sure that they are effective.
- create a strategic plan and a theme for you,
- take a high-level, year at a glance view of expected milestones,
- create monthly objectives and turn them into a weekly focus and daily actions.
The great thing about the 2015 Personal Game Plan is that it is one on one personal coaching, not some online, automatic pilot self-learning course. Also, although it is a clearly defined program, it is also highly customizable based on your schedule, goals and needs. It’s designed to cover about 12 weeks, but you can speed that up, or if other things are fighting for priority, slow it down.
After you enroll, you’ll receive a workbook filled with worksheets and planning forms you can use well into the future. What’s more, I’ll also include a free voucher for one group training session of up to ten people. This is great for a lunch and learn, or for sharing knowledge with family and friends who cannot commit to a full executive coaching agreement but could benefit from exposure to a new perspective.
Stop deferring. Act decisively. To sign up for this special program, click the Pay Now button below. It is $1500 for three months of Executive Coaching and Accountability Partnering.
Naturally, there’s a cap on how many people I can serve, so act soon. Besides, you want to get working on your plan before January.
