It is easy to get aggravated. The reward comes from not getting aggravated.
I am not there yet, but you might be able to help.
My business is to help entrepreneurs and executives find ways to lead better, personally and professionally, globally and locally. I am not particularly picky, to the chagrin of my mentors who frequently remind me to focus on a niche.
Leadership involves vision, passion and action, so it is not unusual for me to ask people questions related to those topics. I am routinely astounded how few have an answer, and how many freely admit they have no idea.
- No idea what their values are!
- No idea what their purpose is!
- No idea what their goals are!
When I dig a little deeper, they say they have no idea why they don’t know!
It is clear to me that I am missing something. I am hoping you can bring me up to speed.
What is your biggest roadblock to thinking about and acting on your values, purpose and goals?
I want to hear from you. Please take a moment and share your feelings.
If this is the first time you are giving your values, purpose, and goals any thought – I’ve helped you.
If you can share why, you’ll help me.
Thank you,
-Karl
