Stop Planning
Plans organize your thoughts and resources. They are a half step better than an idea. Ideas and plans are the beginning, and you are spending way too much time on them.
If you secretly enjoy brainstorming and planning, then you are probably already better at it than most. You need to realize they are already good enough to move to the next step. If it helps, make it a baby step.
Practice. Trial and error. Pilot. Send up a test balloon. Whatever you call it, do something.
1. Allow yourself to screw up in a safe place.
2. Make adjustments and go again.
An unexecuted plan has similar value to an unopened package of vegetable seeds for the garden. It might be full of potential, but unless you plant them somewhere, they have no hope of growing.
