Some people can be extremely detailed when planning their New Year, while others are open to possibilities as they unfold. There’s not a right or wrong way, the effectiveness of the plan is ultimately up to you.
If you haven’t yet, one method worth trying is to identify your three words for the year. They will be personal to you; others don’t have to understand their meaning. The words ought to trigger a positive, active response from you, so you’ll live the kind of year you intend. You can build your vision, strategy and tactics behind each word, or not … it’s your year, do what you want.
